Refund Policy – Country Creation

At Country Creation, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If your order isn’t quite what you expected, we offer a 14‑day return period starting from the day your items are delivered.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • All products, labels, and protective materials must remain intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Clearance and final‑sale items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at hello@countrycreations.au, including a description of the issue and supporting photos.

  • Once your return is approved, Country Creation will cover the cost of return postage.
