To ensure your Country Creation gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order by:

NSW, QLD, VIC, TAS & SA

  • Standard: 18 December

  • Express: 20 December

NT & WA

  • Standard: 16 December

  • Express: 20 December

International

  • Standard: 5 December

  • Express: 10 December

📦 Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and packed within 2–4 business days (excluding public holidays).

  • Delivery time varies based on your location and Australia Post’s delivery schedule:

    • Standard: usually 2–8 days

    • Express: usually 1–4 days

🚚 Domestic Shipping Options

Country Creation offers both standard and express shipping for all Australian orders:

  • Standard Flat Rate: $11.00

  • Express Flat Rate: $14.00

Once your order has been packed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

📦 Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • Country Creation is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged once lodged with Australia Post.

  • For orders $250 and above, we highly recommend adding shipping protection.

    • This covers loss, damage, and theft.

    • If shipping protection is not selected, Country Creation is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States

Due to recent tariff changes, Australia Post has temporarily suspended shipments to the U.S. Country Creation will resume U.S. shipping as soon as the situation changes. Thank you for your patience — we can’t wait to get Country Creation gear back in your hands soon.
